Guests can taste alongside the production space, look into the barrel room, ask questions of the winemaker, and explore a lineup built around single-varietal Washington wines. The winery is intentionally hands-on: fruit is handpicked, fermented in small one-ton lots, aged up to 28 months in barrel, and red wines receive at least a year of bottle aging before release.
