My Harvest List is an independent travel-planning utility for Woodinville wine country. We help visitors discover venues and build a personal itinerary. We are a wayfinding and planning tool, not a booking agent, tour operator, or hospitality provider.
My Harvest List is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any of the venues, hotels, wineries, restaurants, hospitality brands, or development groups listed on the Platform — including, by way of example and not limitation, The Yard at Harvest, The SOMM Hotel & Spa, or any other named property or district. All such names appear for identification and navigation purposes only.
Any reference to a venue does not imply a partnership unless that venue has independently purchased a paid participation level, and even paid placement does not constitute an endorsement of My Harvest List by that venue.
02Accuracy of Information
Venue details — including hours, pricing, availability, menus, reservation policies, and offerings — are aggregated for planning convenience and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Always confirm details directly with the venue before visiting or making plans.
We are not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or expense resulting from reliance on information presented here. Your visit to and transactions with any venue are solely between you and that venue.
03Trademarks & Nominative Fair Use
Venue names, logos, and marks displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.
My Harvest List references third-party names and marks under the doctrine of nominative fair use: we use a venue's name only to the extent necessary to identify that venue, we use no more of any mark than is reasonably necessary, and we do nothing to suggest sponsorship or endorsement by the mark holder. We claim no ownership of any third-party mark.

04Data Privacy — Accountless by Design
My Harvest List is built to require no account, no login, and no personal sign-up to plan a trip.
Your trip basket — the venues you "pluck" — is stored strictly within your own browser's local storage on your device. It is not transmitted to or saved on our servers as a personal profile. Clearing your browser data removes your basket. When you choose to share a trip, the selected venue identifiers are encoded into a shareable link that you control and distribute yourself.
What we do collect
- Anonymous analytics: we use privacy-conscious aggregate analytics to understand general usage (such as page views and popular venues). These do not identify you personally.
- Partner submissions: if a venue owner submits a partner application, the information they provide (business name, contact details, etc.) is stored to process that application.
- Payments: paid participation levels are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

05Brand Independence & Non-Affiliation
My Harvest List is an independent travel-planning platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, operated by, or officially connected with any of the following entities or categories of entity, whether by ownership, management agreement, licensing arrangement, marketing partnership, or otherwise:
- Harvest Woodinville;
- Wood Mountain LLC;
- The Yard at Harvest;
- SOMM Hotel & Spa;
- Woodinville Wine Country (as a destination marketing organization or any successor entity operating under that name);
- any other destination marketing organization, tourism board, chamber of commerce, or regional planning body;
- any winery, tasting room, hotel, restaurant, transportation provider, event venue, retail outlet, or property owner listed or referenced on the Platform, unless a separate written affiliation agreement expressly states otherwise.
References to the entities and categories above are provided solely for informational, mapping, itinerary-building, and traveler-planning purposes. Such references do not imply, and shall not be construed to imply, any form of partnership, co-branding, agency, joint venture, or official connection between My Harvest List and any such entity.
06Interactive Metaphor & Platform Terminology
My Harvest List employs an agricultural and wine-country themed metaphorical vocabulary throughout its user interface. The following terms and interface elements are proprietary software concepts used to describe itinerary-planning, venue-bookmarking, organization, and trip-building functionality within the Platform:
- Harvest / Harvesting / Harvested — refers to the act of saving or collecting venues into a personal trip plan;
- Pluck / Plucking — refers to the user interaction of selecting and adding a venue to the active trip basket;
- Basket — refers to the in-session or locally stored collection of venues a user has selected for a planned visit;
- Trip / Trips Cart — refers to a user-composed, shareable itinerary of selected Woodinville-area venues;
- Grape iconography — refers to the visual save-state indicator rendered in the Platform's user interface;
- Save interactions — refers to any user action that adds, persists, or registers a venue selection within the basket or trip system.
These terms are metaphorical software interactions and proprietary platform terminology. They do not imply affiliation with any physical development, real estate project, hospitality district, agricultural operation, or third-party trademark holder. The use of harvest, pluck, basket, and related agricultural imagery is a creative interface convention of My Harvest List and is not a reference to, or endorsement of, any identically or similarly named commercial enterprise.
07Venue Identification
The Platform references venue names, district names, hotel names, winery names, tasting room names, transportation provider names, and hospitality brand names solely as factual geographic and commercial identifiers to help travelers discover, organize, and navigate destinations within Woodinville wine country and surrounding areas.
Such references are made in the exercise of nominative fair use, as further described in Section 03 of this Disclaimer, and constitute ordinary, descriptive use of publicly known commercial identifiers. My Harvest List does not assert ownership of, nor does it claim any rights in, any third-party venue name, district name, or hospitality mark used in this capacity.
The inclusion of any venue, property, or brand name in the Platform's directory, map, itinerary system, or editorial copy does not constitute a commercial endorsement, a sponsored placement (unless separately disclosed), or a representation that the identified business has approved, reviewed, or authorized its inclusion. Venue owners who wish to update, correct, claim, or remove their listing may do so through the process described in Section 08.
08Correction, Claim & Removal Process
My Harvest List maintains venue profile information compiled from publicly available sources, partner submissions, and editorially created content. Venue owners, brand representatives, and authorized agents may submit formal requests through the following process:
Eligible Request Types
- Correction Requests: requests to correct factual inaccuracies in a venue's name, address, hours, description, category, or other profile data;
- Profile Claims: requests by a venue owner or authorized representative to assert operational control over a venue profile and submit verified business information;
- Update Submissions: requests to add, modify, or refresh venue profile content, including hours, offerings, imagery, and booking links;
- Removal Requests: requests to remove a venue profile from the Platform entirely, submitted by the venue owner or an authorized legal representative.
How to Submit
All correction, claim, update, and removal requests must be submitted in writing to hello@myharvestlist.com. Requests should identify the venue by name and URL, describe the nature of the request, and, where applicable, include documentation establishing the submitting party's authority to act on behalf of the venue.
My Harvest List will review all properly submitted requests promptly and respond within a reasonable time. Removal of a venue profile does not affect any separately purchased paid participation agreement, which remains governed by the Terms of Service.
09Illustrative & AI-Assisted Media
Some venue profiles, guides, editorial pages, district pages, route pages, or other Platform experiences may display illustrative, AI-assisted, generative, conceptual, or placeholder imagery when official venue photography or media is unavailable.
Such imagery is provided solely for visual continuity, editorial presentation, and user experience purposes. Illustrative, AI-assisted, generative, conceptual, or placeholder imagery should not be interpreted as a depiction of the actual venue, property, architecture, interior design, amenities, products, services, offerings, or operating conditions of any listed business.
Official venue photography, where available, supersedes any illustrative imagery displayed on the Platform.
Visitors should consult official venue websites and materials when evaluating a venue's appearance, facilities, services, or offerings.
Venue owners and authorized representatives may request replacement, correction, or removal of illustrative or placeholder imagery through the correction, claim, and removal procedures described in Section 08.
10Age & Responsible Enjoyment
Woodinville wine country involves the tasting and purchase of alcohol. The Platform is intended for visitors of legal drinking age (21+) in Washington State. Please plan responsibly, arrange safe transportation, and never drink and drive.
