We came for one tasting and ended up staying most of the afternoon. The patio was relaxed, the staff made us feel completely at home, and we’d absolutely come back.

Jess and Bing’s story is part of the tasting-room experience, and the lineup rewards curiosity: the flagship Batch No. 2 Gin uses 12 botanicals including black pepper, Sichuan pepper and Grains of Paradise; the Double Barreled Brandy starts in new American oak and finishes in ex-rye casks; and limited American single malt releases push into peated and roasted-malt territory. The distillery is actively releasing small-batch whisky in 2026, including its second Cigar Malt release for club members.
