We came for one tasting and ended up staying most of the afternoon. The patio was relaxed, the staff made us feel completely at home, and we’d absolutely come back.

The Experience
Rooted Souls is a small Washington winery with its current tasting room in Woodin Creek Village’s Wine Alley. Winemaker Steve studied enology at Washington State University, made his first Merlot vintage in 2016 and launched the winery in 2018. The tasting room pours changing flights alongside wines by the glass and bottle. Rooted Souls is also expanding into Woodinville’s Warehouse District, with the winery announcing larger private-event capability, monthly late-night hours and a production move as part of that 2026 expansion.
