We came for one tasting and ended up staying most of the afternoon. The patio was relaxed, the staff made us feel completely at home, and we’d absolutely come back.

The Experience
J.P. Trodden is a grain-to-glass Washington bourbon producer founded by distiller Mark Nesheim. Each small batch begins with locally sourced Washington corn and winter wheat, then moves through an Oregon-made copper still, new American oak barrels and American-made packaging. The distillery's small-batch bourbon earned Double Gold at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Harvest assigns J.P. Trodden a dedicated tasting room in Building B, suite B31; Harvest-specific hours remain forthcoming.
