Bong Bóng Bar (meaning "bubbles" in Vietnamese) is an intimate Vietnamese-French Champagne bar in Woodinville's Harvest District. Founded by local husband-and-wife team Andy Phan and Brooke Bower, it pairs the crisp effervescence of French Champagne and sparkling flights with bold, aromatic Vietnamese small plates, a curated Cognac selection, and bespoke cocktails — all in a warm room of lime-wash walls and textured stone. Rooted in Champagne culture and Vietnamese soul, it's where bubbles rise, stories meet, and celebration transcends borders.
