Fidelitas brings a sharp, specialized focus to The Hollywood District. Founded by veteran winemaker Charlie Hoppes, Fidelitas is dedicated entirely to expressing the rich, concentrated terroir of a single growing region: the Red Mountain AVA. By working with small, distinct vineyard blocks, they craft highly structured, intensely concentrated Bordeaux-style varietals that are widely considered standard-setting examples of the region. The tasting room features a bright, beautiful, minimalist Pacific Northwest aesthetic. With large glass windows and clean lines, the space provides a focused setting where the complexity and power of their red wines can take center stage.
